Populate Halo 3 Day

Tomorrow. April 7th. Will be known as Populate Halo 3 Day.
Populate Halo 3 Day is basically for 24 hours from 12:01 am - 11:59 pm a lot of people will get on Halo 3 (which has been desolate for a shit long time) and play to remember the good times. (Oh so much fun dropping stuff on peoples heads in forge.)


I will most definitely be taking place in this, but, does anyone else want to? Tomorrow I will be booting up my Xbox along with a lot of other people to play Halo 3. If you think there will be a very miniscule amount of people playing then your kinda wrong. I cant get a number but there are about 40+ -50+ videos already up on youtube raising a bit of awareness for the event.

So, if you wanna relive some good old Halo 3 days add me on Xbox and tomorrow pop in Halo 3 to have some good times.

Funny thing is, Halo 3 is the only Halo game I've never owned. I've only ever rented it like 3 times. I may pick it up sometime but not for online.

Question, are Halo 3's multiplayer and ODST's multiplayer linked? They're the same thing anyways. If so then I could probably play.
 
I know that. What I'm asking is if you can actually play online with someone that has halo 3 via ODST's multiplayer disc.
 
@others, there's a 3rd party program that you install on your xbox that allows you to find "lan" games around the world for original xbox titles......
 
I haven't checked yet, but is there a thread about this? I'd like to see it so I can put my name on the Reserves list.
If I could, I'd call up the boys @ Bungie to swoop in with their flaming Recon helmets and save the day.

I'd come, but I don't have an Xbox, nor do I have Halo 3, nor would I have the internets fer it, or the time away from my god-awful family to do so...

But oh, pistols and flamethrowers, how I miss thou.
 
We need a list of whose coming and a time zone chart to show what time the event will start for everyone...
I think it's starting for Australia tomorrow for us on the 8th.
