So I am selling my build project for personal ownership and use. It is completed and wants an owner. The two floors inside are empty, all interior decoration will be up to the buyer. Also, owner will have COMPLETE creative control over the design, you change whatever you want when you buy it, it will be up to you.

Details:

2 floors
Location: Sanctum (about x=4000 z=4000)
Size of Plot: about 70 x 100 blocks
Height of Building: about 36 blocks high at max height
Ask for anything else.

Prices: ( all prices are negotiable ! )

$2000 or 100 diamonds ( For Sanctum Town members only )

$3000 or 150 diamonds for members not in Sanctum, I'd imagine you'd have to join Sanctum, we'd have to work something out, part of the profits would goto Sanctum bank.

$4000 or 200 diamonds if you want me to come to your town and build an exact copy inside your town.

You said it was meant to grow mushrooms and stuff for the town. That was apparently a lie. Anyhow, if sold, I imagine it has to be kept for commercial use as houses are not aloud to be that big.

That, and...how is a non-Sanctum resident going to get in and out of it? It is in Sanctum's borders, afterall.
 
Yeah it was gonna be used for plants, but I decided against it since there are better ways to make a mushroom farm. And since I don't have a use for it, someone else can have it for whatever they want, for a price. As for people outside of Sanctum buying it, if it was a well enough known member of t9k I'd imagine they would have to go through the process of joining the town. In return some of the profits would go to the town bank.
 
It is beautiful, but I don't really think it is worth traveling thousands of blocks, leaving my town, and then paying you $1500 for an empty building with tons of external design.


BTW, what will your next project be?
 
Xraptor, there is a railway that will take 10 minutes if you join town. Btw, I will be willing to pay $100 :D Cause I am Asian Cheap

Lol sad day. I was thinking I'd make this building or other buildings ( in my secret GreenEarth book of plans :3 ) for other towns as hire. I'd have to leave sanctum though and temporarily join their town to do so.


I thought people would like empty since they would get to mess with it, but idk.

There should be a very basic interior inside, that the buyer can add on to and edit, but leaving the building empty just seems to create this overwhelming feeling on the player that is not good.
 
You can still make a mushroom farm with it. Maybe use it to grow other things, and maybe even grow trees in it.
 
GreenEarth is quite the builder, he's got some amazing buildings. I still think if you sweet talked Ozy/Woot/ConroD into a deal you could move it :p

I could like send you detailed screen shots and build plans. I don't much feel like messing with ssp. :/
