Now, I'm not sure if there are any of you out there who take anything I say into consideration at all, but I want to say something now that I think is quite important.
I just finished watching My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, and it was actually really good. I know there are a lot (and I mean A LOT) of you who are really hating on the concept of this movie, and have been for a long time. But I ask you this:
What was your initial feelings for the fanbase/show before watching the very first episode you saw? I'm pretty sure it was close to the same as the way some of you feel about this movie, right?
Honestly though, I didn't like the idea at first either, mainly because some of you were bashing it in it's early stages of announcement and making it sound like the butthole of the fandom/series. But then, oh I don't know, about 2 months ago maybe(?) I watched the trailers for it and I started to get the mindset that it might not be bad and I ended up telling myself that I would eventually end up watching it.
I ended up putting it off for a while really, only having just now watched it. Before clicking the play button on the youtube vid, I genuinely had my doubts of how it would be, especially after seeing that it was only a 1 hour and 13 minute movie. But I did end up clicking the play button, and to be completely honest, I was enjoying it within the first 15 minutes. I will probably get a digital copy of the full movie once it is released so that I can have it in the best quality possible.
Please, try and remember that, until you try something, don't be hating on it. That would make you a hypocrite, would it not?
Here is a link to the movie for those of you who might want to view it:

(Do note, that this is a cam-rip of it so there will be a bit of background noise and not the BEST audio quality, but it is only minimal distraction)
Also note this:
I am not forcing you to watch this, I am just giving my honest opinion filled with complete truth. I went into it with an open mind, and I ended up liking it. A lot actually. But don't hate on it without giving it an honest chance. Please.
