Right to Brighton requested.

Hey there

My town, Arkastia, can't expand to the west or south because I have no neighbouring rights to Brighton. Since the owner, mrntv (don't know him name exactly) is (almost) never on the server, I was hoping he'd look here.

I'd like to have rights to Brighton, I will keep a 1 plot space between any of our plots at any time.
