This is for everyone who is applying to any city for build permissions, and those who have gotten their permissions for a city.

In your permit request you MUST state that you have read the rules, and yet people that have permissions to build and roam around our cities are still making simple mistakes that if you read the rules you'd know not to do. I crack down harshly on those who break the rules, especially mining and cutting down trees in cities!

Ye be warned rule breaker I'm looking for you!

to note that while were still clearing out all of the tree clusterfucks and flying bushes tree cutting is still allowed, though deliberately planting treefarms for clearing them out later is still a rulebreaker and can be considered grief.

That's why you replant the trees with saplings.

Generally yeah. We want to have trees around spawn for example, yet its kinda impossible to keep them there due to many newbies comming in and choping (even only lower part of trunk) down. Thats why you should always replant trees.

But in EP as of now its is contraproductive, as we have some cutting down tree action. Once this action is over, cutting trees on public area will be forbiden again.
