SHROOMVILLE

Working together with the power of the shroom flowing free in each of us, we serve ourselves to bring forth a new age to the world. Peaceful, Truthul; Shroomful.

IN THE CONTEXT OF BETA:
-Peaceful city, secluded,
-Fortress
-Allies of the knights of the nether
-Sale of mushrooms

Apply in this thread! :)

I would love to be an ally of the Knight's of the Shroom, and will be happy to donate resources to help you out. Like mushrooms.

Also, are you planning on joining The Federation?

It would give me an excuse to turn down other town's offers. :D

I suggest it be built in a Mushroom Biome and be named Psyche - in honor of psychobile mushrooms and the girl that Eros fell in love with in Greek myth.

On an unrelated note, would an Amish-themed community be a horrible idea?

Basically:

- No obsidian farming
- No mob grinders
- No unorthodox farming techniques, like this
- No redstone circuits (Switches, pressure plates, and buttons are okay)
- No nether portals (if nether is enabled)
- No powered rails (Powered minecarts are allowed because Minecraft does not have any draft animals. Powered carts will mimic them.)
- No enchantments because that is the Devil's work
- Simple rustic builds
- Intermarriage within the community only.

That would be absolutely amazing.

We will help you as much as we can once we have been set up and running :)

If you can deal with incompetence, then sure! :p

Also those restrictions are not for our town. Now that I think of it, most towns that fit that description are like starter villages for players who are new to the paid version of Minecraft. (It wouldn't be anything new, except for the high level of order and lack of grief)

ShroomVille is nice. But can Psyche be our patron goddess, who bestows shrooms and prosperity upon our town?

I had to do a speech about Amish people once...

Sounds like my kinda town :D

Anyone know if shrooms catch fire due to lightning strikes?

I have an idea to make our main storehouse a fat, giant shroom.

A shroom castle would be interesting too, although quite demanding on shrooms.

Early in the construction phase, ShroomVille would probably look like a bunch of phalli sticking out of the ground. Hopefully we won't get banned for this.
