threating to box in my town

ok so this is a very long convo of this guy threatning to box in Riften my town, and that iam in the wrong coz i brought a town 4 plots away from his but he assuemed i would know by reading his mind that his town wanted to expand there and that WASNT allowed to buy apart of the this land

were jozf13 is standing is his town is located and were midnightkitty is standing is were my town is located
 
By my math, its highly unlikely he can enforce his threat. He has about, a 18 plots claimed for his town, I doubt he'd.be willing to stop expansion long enough to buy 16 blocks to stop you. For every plot you buy, he must buy 2 plots to box it in. I've never heard of there guy, so I doubt he's anyone all that powerful. His current networth:4750 (500 + 250/plot). What he'd have to spend to stop you: 4000 + 500 per plot you claim. If you have 3 plots he's payee for his entire town just to keep you from expanding.

yeh i kno it will take him alot to expand but he said he wanted to go this way yet he can always expand down people who this they OWN the land before they buy it really pissed me off i mean srsly its free for anyone to buy if i hadnt brought it someelse would hav, so either way it wasnt his it was free land and he shouldnt b making these threats, if he starts to try box me in i will b uploading more pictures of the map and also if he threatens me again.

i am right tho aint i? that he cant stop me buying this and building and expanding my town? just because he "claimed" it in his mind

i kno he cant lawl, but he was goin to buy all the ones around it so that i cant expand. turns out he was just "joking" coz he was bored. more like being a troll which shouldnt b allowed on the servers if u ask me
