I really like the new world, but I have yet to find a snow biome. (Which I personally like, snow biomes are ugly/annoying.)

Could the placing of minecarts and boats be disabled please? Or have some requirement you have to pass before placing them?

@Pasaria There are now restrictions in place that prevent empty minecarts.
